Product Return and Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Return
Products can only be returned if the customer receives the wrong items or broken items
An unboxing video is mandatory for returns. The video must:
- Be recorded from start to finish. (The video begins with opening the courier cover continuously without cuts, stops, or pauses).
This video should be sent to customer care’s WhatsApp number along with the invoice and contact details. You will receive a status confirmation message until the refund process.
- Return Timeline.
Returns must be initiated within two days of receiving the product. - In exceptional cases
Earring stem bend can be adjusted manually, and this cannot be considered for return or refund
Loosen stone can easily fix with fabric glue, and the same are not eligible for return or refund - Shipping Charges
If the unboxing video confirms receipt of a broken or wrong product, we will bear the shipping charges for the return.
- Exchange Process
We will process the exchange once we receive the returned product and complete our inspection. If the same design is unavailable, we will initiate a refund.
- Non-Returnable Items
Products purchased under:
- Offers
- Clearance sales
- Items that are not eligible for return or exchange if returned after two days.
- Refund Policy
We do not process cash refunds under any circumstances.
